Polyurethane foam is produced by a chemical reaction of a polyol and an isocyanate, in the presence of catalysts and other additives. The result is a rigid plastic that expands during the curing process and becomes a seamless layer of closed cell foam.
The "system" includes preparation of the substrate, as well as application of the foam and the elastomeric coating. This coating produces a weather resistant surface that can be walked upon for normal maintenance. Our roofing systems come with 5 and 10 year warranties with an expected life of 20 years when maintained and inspected as needed. Our pricing is very competitive to conventional membrane roofing systems.
Urethane Foam has the high highest R-Value per inch of any insulation product (R-7.5) on the market. It is used for cold storage, heat storage, freezer walls in coolers and insulated temperature controlled buildings.
